At Bukó our customers are #1. We will always strive to keep our customers happy and satisfied and will go to great lengths to accomplish this.

Payments-

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks, and Money Orders as well as online Checks through your regular checking account. Your orders will be charged at the time of shipment. All payments are made in U.S. currencies. We also accept COD orders.

We now accept online checks through your regular checking account!

International Orders-

Bukó ships products worldwide. Your shipping cost is based on the weight of your order, your location and the shipping method you choose in our shopping cart with a minimum of $4.95. On larger orders, please email or call us for pricing.

Order By Phone-

Ordering by phone is easy. Please have your credit card information ready and one of our operators will be happy to assist you with your order. Call Toll free 1-866-318-8484 or 913-422-9395.

Order by Mail-

You may also pay for your order by Money Order or Personal Check, you may add items to your cart, register your name and shipping address on the on-line order form. You can then print out the order form and mail it to Bukó Coconut Products, P.O. box 13736 Edwardsville, KS 66113 USA.

Shipping charge and method-

Bukó charges shipping based on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose in our shopping cart. There is a minimum $4.95 charge for all orders. All merchandise is carefully packed before leaving our warehouse.

When will my product be shipped? -

Orders will be processed and shipped the same day or within 1 working day (weekend and holidays excluded). Please allow 3-5 days bank clearance for orders that are paid by personal checks.

Cancel an order

You may cancel your order if you e-mail or contact us before your order is shipped. Shipment can be as soon as 1 hour after you place your order, or within 1 working days.

Return Policy -

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our product(s). We offer satisfaction guaranteed. After trying any of our products for 30 days (or one complete bottle), if you feel you have not received any benefit, we will refund the purchase price upon receipt of your written request and empty container, (one item per address only- shipping not applicable).
